Our Fish Cleaning Stations are exclusively made-to-order, therefore are not eligible for a return or refund. We will repair or replace manufacturing defects within 1-year from the date of installation.
To submit a repair or replacement request, we require proof of purchase, a description of your concern and pictures of the area in question. If the size of the custom product does not fit into your space then we offer support in fixing it for you at a predetermined cost.
All repair or replacement requests will be validated by a SeaWard Systems team member. Once approved, the request is processed and is followed by a plan to repair or replace the item in question. Customers will be notified by email of this plan.

For standard, non-customized products, we will exchange or return items within 30-days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging from SeaWard Systems. Custom products are not eligible for a refund.
You may return your item for store credit, product exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs made during your purchase are non-refundable, only the product price paid is refundable.
Once the product is received and inspected, the return credit preference will be issued within 5 business days. Customers will be notified by email.
