SeaWard Systems products are exclusively made-to-order, therefore are not eligible for a return or refund. We will repair or replace manufacturing defects within 1-year from the date of installation. We will not be liable for products damaged due to neglect or misuse by the user.
To submit a claim, we require proof of purchase, a description of the concern, and pictures of the damaged area. Once received, a member from our team will contact you. Please email the requested information to Orders@SeaWardSystems.com.
